I was introduced to Jaylene through my property manager after a roof claim, which took almost a year to resolve with the insurance company. Even though this was a prolonged back and forth process that took over 6 months to resolve, Jaylene walked me through the whole process and was able to navigate insurance denials to eventually get my whole claim covered. I doubt her company made a lot of money from this claim given how much effort it took for her to get everything approved, but it shows where her priorities are.

She is incredibly patient, thorough, organized, honest, and dependable. From start to finish, the communication was clear, the scheduling was smooth, and the workmanship was excellent. Every part of the job was handled with care and precision, and I felt confident throughout the entire process.
